History
1990IZOMAR Sp. z o.o. (Limited Liability Company) is established on the basis of 70-persons division of a state owned company.
In the same year, we obtain the first order from Siekierki CHP for the insulation of electrostatic precipitators and flue gas ducts on the OP-230 boilers.
1991We begin to implement construction projects abroad – we execute the ESP insulation on INKOO site in Finland.
We also implement the first project together with the sound suppressive enclosures of the inductors for turbines No. 7 and No. 10 in Kozienice Power Plant.
1994We introduce a new service on the market- refractory works.
1995We execute the refractory of the first in Poland fluidized bed boiler Ofz-450 in Żerań CHP in Warsaw.
1998We obtain ISO 9001 Certificate.
2001We enter the structures of Rheinhold & Mahla AG Concern based in Munich. The name is changed into R&M IZOMAR Sp. z o.o. (Limited Co.).
2002German Bilfinger Berger AG Concern based in Mannheim takes over the majority share in Rheinhold & Mahla AG.
We adjust the our system to the new requirements.
We receive ISO 9001:2000 Certificate
2005fifteenth anniversary of R&M Izomar Ltd.
2006obtaining the Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certificate of Conformity with the OHSAS 18001/PN N 18001 Norm and the Certificate of Conformity with the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standard Norm.
The name Rheinhold & Mahla AG is changed into Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services AG. Revised lambda symbol for operative companies in Europe.
2007Ranaming the name of the Company into the BIS Izomar, Ltd. The word/symbol logo is also changed.
201020th Anniversary of BIS Izomar Sp. z o. o.
We adapt existing systems to new requirements and received ISO 9001:2008 Certificate and SCC petro 2008/5.1 Certificate.
